Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a professional mechanical engineer, performingdesign, project programming and construction management/monitoring duties in support of amilitary installation or complex. Leads a design team of lower grade engineers/architects from avariety of disciplines and technical staff on larger more complex multi-phase projects.
