to join their R&D team, responsible for hands-on design work, reviewing team deliverables, managing stakeholders, and reporting progress to department heads. Responsibilities Design and develop solutions for autonomous robot Lead the end-to-end process from concept to final production release Lead a team of design engineers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using 3D printing, laser cutting, and sheet metal fabrication Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless hardware integration Define design requirements considering functionality, manufacturability, and cost, and produce detailed CAD models and engineering drawings Manage technical documentation, BOMs, and engineering drawings to support smooth production transition Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and reliability Wo...
