Responsibilities
- Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;
- Monitor work progress, assist the sub-contractors to carry out works on schedule and conform to specifications;
- Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
- Carry out joint inspection with the client’s/ consultant’s representatives;
- Responsible for all personnel functions of sub-contractors and workers at the construction site;
- Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff;
- Check daily attendance of sub-contractors for late arrival, absent, early departure, false claim and etc.;
- Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site;
