Mechanical Engineer - Serviceability (Contract role)

Job Description

HireArt is helping our client find a Mechanical Engineer, Serviceability (contract role) to lead Design for Serviceability (DFS) initiatives and support fleet inspection and maintenance programs.

In this role, you’ll evaluate form, fit, function, and service access across products while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize repairability, reduce maintenance costs, and improve operational uptime. You will also help manage inspection and maintenance programs across operational and test fleets.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on mechanical design experience, strong systems understanding, and a passion for improving product serviceability and lifecycle performance.
