Responsibilities
- Responsible for setup, installation, and commissioning of new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with team members and related departments on new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise technicians to ensure high productivity, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Assist the Section Manager in daily operational activities, including manpower planning, attendance monitoring, and overtime arrangements.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for equipment-related issues.
- Analyze and resolve machine problems affecting production efficiency and output.
