Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical HVAC Controls/BAS Engineer position include:

5+ years of advanced controls knowledge with the ability to develop energy efficiency scopes for existing buildings.

Experience with HVAC, BAS systems, mechanical equipment, and system operations.

Ability to independently walk buildings, document chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAVs, pumps, controls, and other equipment, then produce energy savings reports.
