Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and functioning of production machines, automatic lines, and tools.
- In charge of production machines and equipment’s availability, managing curative maintenance.
- Perform mechanical settings and adjustments of all equipment.
- Perform mechanical diagnostics of all equipment to plan predictive maintenances.
- Follow LEM Group Maintenance process and the associated rules.
- Coordinate his/her work plan in accordance with the production plan.
- Execute failure root cause analysis and action plan follow-up.
- Establish, improve and follow-up the preventive maintenance plan.
- Record, manage and follow-up all the production machines and tools with the Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS): validation, improvement, obsolescence, and scrap. Record all actions and daily tasks.
