Mechanical Manager

Engineering Design & Sustainability (ED&S) is part of Global Workplace Projects, responsible for large-scale construction and utility projects worldwide. As Mechanical Manager, you will lead mechanical projects, support best-practice solutions, and ensure energy savings across LEGO Group factories.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive mechanical projects in collaboration with colleagues at factories worldwide.
• Support the design and installation of HVAC, cooling, compressed-air and plumbing systems for the production line at the LEGO Group’s factory in Monterrey, MX.
• Provide knowledge and project support to all sites based on mechanical expertise.
• Participate in projects and collaborate with suppliers and authorities.
• Discover new technologies and solutions to incorporate into LEGO Group standards and projects.
• Audit processes, standards and policies to ensure compliance.
