Job Summary:
The Mechanical (Millwright) Supervisor, Maintenance, ensures the safe and efficient performance of millwrights and general mechanical contractor’s activities while working closely to facilitate medium term planning and to ensure proper work priorities are being set.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote a safe work environment and culture for TPC Millwrights and other crafts.Facilitate Shift Starter Meetings, issue daily assignments and track progress throughout the day for TPC Millwrights. Provide daily update to Operation’s Production Coordinators.Record work order charges, manage/approve employee time entries, and ensure materials are on hand for scheduled jobs.Manage Priority “E” work orders and adjust scheduled work and resources as needed to ensure minimal downtime.Provide support to the Mechanical Planner with managing Outside Service equipment repairs and submit requ...
