Job Description
we are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-established industrial company for major domestic and international construction this role, you will oversee on-site mechanical assembly, ensuring all technical standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor mechanical assembly to ensure technical compliance, keep projects on schedule, and manage as-built documentation.
Supervise on-site crews by working closely with Team Leaders.
Solve technical issues proactively and provide support during testing and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
Solid mechanical background with strong blueprint reading skills.
In-depth knowledge of on-site assembly logic and procedures.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
