- Develop reproducible and maintainable test methods for various systems.
- Design and execute functional and non-functional tests in the lab.
- Analyze and post-process test results using statistical techniques.
- Coordinate reliability tests and hands-on measuring system analysis.
- Write test specifications and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Provide training on testing methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D or mechanical test development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mechanical test laboratory, including designing and executing test methods.
