Job Description
1. TECHNICAL OPERATIONS:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues on motorcycle/electric bike units.
- Execute timely repairs and tune-ups endorsed by the Cashier.
- Maintain charged batteries for electric bikes.
- Safeguard mechanical tools and equipment.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Provide efficient services to customers.
- Educate customers on safety and maintenance.
- Support sales inquiries and uphold company values.
3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
- Conduct Walk Around Checklist (W.A.C) on new and pre-owned units.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections before unit release.
- Rehabilitate repossessed units and branch service vehicles.
- Assist in sales events and display maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of units.
