Typical nurse to patient ratio: 1:6
Nurse Aides/OB tech Yes, CNA 1:8 generally, 1:10, do get pulling 1:1 and sitters
Weekend Requirement Every other
Call Requirement On call low census
Holidays Rotate with Permanent Staff
