A Day in the Life 
You will support Digital Brand Managers across L’Oréal Luxe to plan, execute and optimise performance media that drives sales, ROAS and scalable growth.
Strategy & Planning: Support paid search, paid social and affiliate strategies; build channel forecasts with agencies; align media tactics with e‑commerce, CRM and brand campaign plans; drive test-and-learn initiatives to unlock incremental growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee monthly transactional media investments and campaign tracking; maintain standardised planning & reporting templates; deliver weekly performance reports with clear optimisation recommendations.
