Develop curriculum and create presentationTrain, educate and develop employees and fresher's on inpatient and outpatient coding skill sets and competencies based on the industry requirements. Review and respond to coding questions Research on updated coding issues, reimbursement methodologies, and changes in technology that impact and drive the accurate code assignments. Create analysis and reviews of the trainees. Delivering training as per the schedule Plan assignments, grade tests, evaluate student progress & provide course materials.
