We seek a Senior Reliability Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. This strategic role demands expertise in reliability engineering for regulated medical products.
The ideal candidate should bring robust Medical Device/MedTech experience to drive the reliability processes within our team. Focus on DFR and apply rigorous testing methodologies including HALT and ALT to improve product reliability. Ensure compliance with ISO and FDA standards while leveraging tools like Minitab for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead reliability engineering activities for regulated hardware • Conduct DFR and various life testing methodologies • Perform DFMEA, PFMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis • Execute Weibull analysis for reliability assessment • Develop verification testing systems and custom testing tools
