MEP Director

The MEP Director serves as a key member of each project team, leading McCarthy's efforts to provide MEP expertise from project pursuit through construction. Depending on the specifics of the project, this position may be one of the primary day-to-day contacts with the owner, the design team and MEP trade partners during the preconstruction period and into construction. Key Responsibilities: Assist and coordinate preconstruction services with the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, fire suppression and other similar scopes of work. Lead and/or assist with the VDC coordination during the preconstruction effort. Responsible for cost analysis and estimate coordination, as well as development and review of trade takeoffs and internal pricing.
