The MEP superintendent role is focused on providing technical solutions, leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions on mission-critical projects such as govt. facilities, or hospitals to drive and support the start-up and commissioning process. Projects are located in San Diego County. This is a permanent role. • Possess strong written communication skills and be detail oriented. • Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Cloud. • Minimum (8-10) years of experience in commercial construction with an MEPF/building controls contractor, general contractor, and/or Cx agency. • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, construction management, Engineering, or MEP Construction Management. • Must possess a valid driver’s license. • Communicate complex issues effectively in written format & oral presentation to clients. • Must be able ...
