Job Description
- Review tender documents including drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Coordinate with procurement, technical office, and project management teams.
- Identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions during the tender stage.
- Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in MEP tendering or cost estimation.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
