RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the development and refinement the company’s M&A strategy in line with their overall business goals, and identifying potential acquisition targets or merger partnersAssisting with various stages of the M&A process, including initial screening of potential targets, transaction closing and post-merger integrationConducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities for potential M&A activitiesEvaluating financial statements, business models, and market positioning of potential targetsDeveloping financial models and valuation analyses to assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions or mergersAssisting in the preparation of investment pro...
