Engineering Manager – MERN Stack

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and scale a high-performing full-stack engineering team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who blends strong technical depth in the MERN stack with proven people management experience.

As an Engineering Manager, you will define the technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver customer-centric solutions while fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers (SDE1–SDE3).
• Drive technical architecture and roadmap for MERN-based platforms.
