Role Overview

MPAAS is an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager providing smart meter installation and maintenance services.

Location: Peterborough

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ properties to fault find, repair and maintain smart meters.
• Diagnose and repair smart meters, including swapping SIM cards, reprogramming, performing battery resets and recommissioning.
• Communicate with customers, addressing any concerns they may have about their smart meter.
• Travel as required, potentially nationwide; when staying away from home, accommodation will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the utilities or metering industry is beneficial.
• Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to travel/work away from home when necessary.
