Overview
The Methods Engineer is responsible for implementing immediate resolutions for process-related issues and customer complaints. Take the initiatives in the process improvement projects that will improve cost, quality, productivity, and efficiency driving innovative solutions to improve the overall Yield and Defect Per Unit (DPU). Develops new manufacturing processes and line improvements by working with respective Cross‑functional teams.
What will you do?
- Ensure enough Capacity & Utilization for production lines and equipment from peak production quantity forecast of year using CAMA (Capacity management), LADM (Line architecture Design Management) and MPH (Material Picking Handling) analysis
- Optimize control by Poka Yoke / Jidoka in all cells by improving Process Quality
- Ensure Productivity on DLP (Direct Labor Productivity) Saving by Design Time Reduction Projects, KD (co‑design) Improvement Projects, Ergonomic Assess...
