Mexico Director, Site Lead

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall success of the Mexico City team, with a strong emphasis on sustaining and furthering our already positive and engaging office/site culture, managing a team of talented individuals from over 26 nationalities, including engineers, quality leads, project managers, managers, and senior managers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Mexico City site, ensuring alignment with the US tech giant's goals and objectives, while also championing Qualitest's company culture. 

• Manage a team of approximately 120 employees across various departments

• Interface with each team at least once a week

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize site performance and efficiency
