MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER I (Hermosillo)

The Industrial Precision Power Solutions Manufacturing Development Team has an opportunity for a Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer focused on plating operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Materials or Metallurgical Engineering or Technology field and/or 2 years experience in Surface Finishing processes.
• Familiar with Ni, PdNi, Au, Ag, Cd, ZnNi plating processes.
• 3D CAD – Creo and/or Solidworks skills.
• Proven and effective problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understand test standards for plating layer, such as salt spray test, nitric acid test, etc.
• Fluent in using basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA, DOE.
• Self‑directed and highly motivated.
• Spanish and English written and verbal communication skills.
