Responsibilities
Assists customers with bakery products and purchases Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and to build department sales Makes regular announcements to inform customers of freshly-baked products Expertly creates a variety of top quality breads from scratch, including artisan pan breads, natural fermented breads, and hearth breads (tasks include mixing, shaping, scoring, baking all products) Produces a variety of pan dulce pastries, according to visual training aids (VTAs)<...
Job Summary: As an Artisan Bread Expert, you'll apply a mastery of skills in a specialized area, and maintain quality of products. You'll rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals, serve as a resource to others to resolve complex issues, and train future Artisan Bread Experts, Bakers, and Fryers.
