MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION POSITION
SUMMARY The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished Mid -Level
Associate for its Dispute Resolution Department . This key
individual will report directly to the Director Key
Responsibilities: Assist in managing dispute resolution cases.
Collaborate with team members to formulate effective legal
strategies. Conduct thorough case analysis, research, and
preparation of legal documents. Provide comprehensive legal advice
to clients on dispute resolution strategies, potential risks, and
legal implications. Act as a point of contact for clients,
maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring client
satisfaction. Keep clients informed about case developments and
legal proceedings. Draft, review, and edit legal documents,
including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Ensure all
