Mid-Level Decision Science Analyst - P&C Underwriting Analytics

The Opportunity

This Decision Science role is integral to optimizing underwriting strategies within the personal lines Property & Casualty business. The role focuses on applying advanced analytics and data-driven insights to answer critical business questions and support decision-making.

Working with established data assets and in close partnership with business stakeholders, this role will analyze complex datasets, synthesize findings, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. Insights will directly inform strategic decisions related to risk precision, risk sharing, risk mitigation, and risk acceptability, ultimately driving profitable growth and enhanced member protection.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
