Position Summary

The Middle Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the company’s service delivery teams. This role ensures efficient project execution, team performance, and strong client relationships. Serving as the link between Directors and operational teams, the Middle Manager oversees people management, project delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
