: Plan, coordinate, and execute midlife rebuild and overhaul programs for underground mining equipment, ensuring:Extended equipment lifecycle
Optimized total cost of ownership (TCO)
High reliability and availability
Alignment with customer production schedules
Strict safety and quality compliance
The Senior Midlife Coordinator ensures that rebuild programs are technically sound, financially controlled, and operationally executable.
Develop detailed midlife rebuild plans based on equipment hours, condition assessments, OEM recommendations, and operational requirements.
Define scope of work for major overhauls of loaders, trucks, drills, and bolters.
Ensure rebuild execution is completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
