Capgemini seeks an experienced Migration Deployment Specialist for IBM Z Workload Scheduler to lead mainframe scheduling migrations. This role blends scheduling expertise with collaboration across technical teams.
As a Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll drive large‑scale batch scheduling migration activities. Your deep understanding of z/OS, analytical prowess, and troubleshooting skills will be key to success. The role is mission-critical in ensuring efficient workload migrations across various sysplex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead batch workload migrations to IBM Z Workload Scheduler
• Analyze legacy platforms and translate to IZWS structures
• Execute iterative migration cycles with validation and tracking
• Monitor workload execution, identifying and resolving issues
