MILL PLANT MANAGER

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mill plant operations , including crushing, grinding, screening, conveyors, and auxiliary systems

• Monitor and optimize plant performance, production targets, and recovery rates

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans in coordination with maintenance teams

• Conduct equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of plant failures

• Ensure proper operation of mills, crushers, feeders, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors

• Prepare technical reports, production summaries, and plant performance data

• Recommend process improvements, upgrades, and cost-reduction measures

• Ensure compliance with Mine Safety and Health Standards , environmental regulations, and company policies
