Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE
- Achieve annual extraction and shipment target (quality and quantity) through the provision of technical support to extraction, delivery, and shipment.
- Compliance with all tenement-related requirements.
- Establish a lean and efficient organization with control.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
ANNUAL PLANNING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in and contribute to the annual business planning to establish extraction and shipment targets.
- Lead the development of annual operational plans covering pit development, ore extraction, delivery, and shipment programs to achieve the annual target in collaboration with concerned departments.
- Lead organizational planning, including the finalization of the table of organization, job descriptions, and manpower requirements aligned with operational targets.
