Job Description
We are seeking a Mine Operations Manager to join our team to oversee mining operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. This position is based in Labrador West and the work schedule is Monday to Friday. This position is not eligible for Fly‑In Fly‑Out (FIFO) arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Excellence in daily mining operations activities.
- Monitor and control operational performance, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency to deliver the Mine Plan.
- Develop annual budgets and establish performance targets to drive accountability and operational excellence across the group.
- Direct and coordinate the execution of projects and plans to achieve the desired results in safety, quality and cost.
