Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Mission Specialist to join our LandC5ISR team in Ottawa. As a Mission Specialist, you will leverage your military operational knowledge to drive customer relations, provide mentorship and system support in both classroom and field environments, and provide actionable insights through detailed field reports and user feedback. Your work will help refine procedures and system enhancements for optimal mission readiness.

Your day to day will include:

• Utilize operational expertise to ensure end‑user requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and prioritized.
• Leverage military operational knowledge in customer relations and with engineering and integration teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to users, both in the classroom and in the field, ensuring their proficiency with our systems.
