Mobile Lead Engineer

Covering a site in 3 days a week in Maidenhead with a secondary site in Sittingbourne, Kent 2 days a week (van provided).

Role summary

Electrical Engineer to work with the Account Manager and support client’s facilities teams, carrying out daily checks of all assets across the sites, completing PPM, Reactive tasks, compelling reports, managing contractors, Permits, RAMS, HSE & and providing engineering knowledge to the team. The role is currently for a full-time engineer to manage 3 sites at two locations travelling between sites via a vehicle provided.

Day to day duties

• To complete all PPMs within SLA.
• Carry out reactive task.
• Operate all systems within the facility in a competent, effective and efficient manner.
• The control of all activities relating to the technical and efficient operation of the installed building systems including all MEP assets and compliance with statutory regulations.
