Mobile Service Advisor - Cantonese (Penang Based)

We’re Hiring: Service Advisor – Cantonese

Location: Menara Livingston / Georgetown, Penang

Working Hours

• 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
• Rotational Shift (Morning and Afternoon)

Task

• Assist user to help their Mobile or Gadget issues via Email, Chat and Call
• Navigate user to understand the feature of their gadget
• Solve common gadget issue

Intake Dates

• 28 April
• 9 June

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,500
• Language Allowance: RM300
• Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to RM700
• Bonus: 13th Month Salary

Job Requirement

• Fluent in Cantonese
• Customer service–oriented mindset
• Willing to work rotational shifts
