Engineer focused primarily on unit testing of model-based designs (Simulink), responsible for building and executing test strategies across MIL/SIL/PIL environments.
This role is test-heavy, with secondary involvement in control model understanding and limited development support.
The engineer ensures models are testable, verifiable, and compliant with quality standards such as ISO26262.
Design and execute unit test cases for Simulink models.
Develop and maintain MIL/SIL/PIL test frameworks and infrastructure.
Build test harnesses using Simulink Test and MATLAB scripting.
Validate control logic through structured simulation scenarios.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
