• Implement a predictive model - based system engineering (MBSE) to inform all aspects of ICBM transition • Develop,
build,
implement,
maintain,
update,
and operate ICBM transition software modeler
and build modeling / simulation software tools.• Enable analysis of ICBM transition functions,
i.e.,
variables
and outcomes of changing factors of MMIII deactivation
and GBSD deployment • Simulate ICBM factors,
functions,
and resource availability to identify constraints requiring mitigation
