1st Shift Mold Setter-7 am to 3 PM: Job Description:Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist Technicians with mold changeovers, identifying part defects, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Set up and operate molding machinery and related support equipment. Perform material handling duties within the Molding area, including delivering raw materials, removing finished goods, and accurately recording material movement in the ERP system. Support scheduled preventative maintenance activities. Collaborate closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper equipment operation. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all company safety standards. Uphold strong housekeeping practices to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
