- Promote the standardization of molding processes and mold maintenance, including optimization of molding conditions, clarification of mold maintenance procedures and cycles, and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and periodically review related documentation such as Work Instructions (WI) and Control Plans (CP).
- Lead quality improvement and yield enhancement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- Conduct root cause analysis for molding defects and equipment-related issues, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide technical guidance and training to shop-floor operators, including the preparation of training materials and hands-on instruction.
