- Becomes an expert in all processes and equipment in the production molding area.
- Creates and maintains process work instructions associated with all manufacturing processes, such as manufacturing assembly and in-process acceptance procedures.
- Develop and implement visual aids and physical samples at critical process steps to indicate appropriate acceptance criteria.
- Trains manufacturing personnel on published work instructions.
- Specifies, acquires, installs and validates manual, semi-automatic and fully automated equipment.
- Develops and executes Process Validation Protocols and/or Transfer Plans and generates test reports.
- Creates and maintains process risk assessments, PFMEA.
- Supports the investigation, disposal and corrective action of non-conforming materials.
- Establishes statistical process controls (SPC) for manufacturing operations.
