Molding Process Technician 2

Start up, clean, and operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, including auxiliary equipment, to produce finished goods.

Assist in mold setup, validation, and troubleshooting to keep processes running and complete work orders efficiently.

Apply advanced knowledge of plastic and silicone transformation processes, using Lean tools to improve operations and solve problems.

Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards while supporting product and process improvements.
