Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Lead the creative design and production of motion graphics for the company and client projects, including advertising openers, brand promo videos, social media animations, event visuals, H5/short videos, etc.
2. Transform static visuals into dynamic expressions that enhance brand impact and storytelling.
3. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and client teams to translate project requirements into high-quality motion outputs.
4. Participate in brainstorming and creative proposals, offering motion design concepts and execution plans.
5. Continuously refine design styles and explore new visual trends and animation techniques to keep the work fresh and innovative.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
