Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Weekend Availability: Required as needed based on workload.

Job Summary
Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Motion Drafting Litigation Assistant to support our litigation team. This role focuses on drafting high‑quality legal motions and pleadings while ensuring accuracy, compliance with court rules, and adherence to strict deadlines.
Strong legal writing skills, a solid understanding of civil litigation procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced legal environment are essential.
