Design of Motor Control Algorithms using tools like Matlab Simulink. Implementation Control Algorithms using DSP / Microcontroller. Improvisation of algorithm code through testing using DSP / Microcontroller. Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight. Keep track of global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan Ability to solve novel, difficult design problems with tight timing constraints.
