Job Description
1. Project Planning & Delivery Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementation and rollout projects—from initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
Ensure timely delivery of all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure aligned execution.
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, partners).
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.
3. Risk & Issue Management
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Maintain RAID logs and communicate project health to leadership.
