MSAT Program Manager

We are supporting an international Pharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced MSAT Manager to lead client‑facing technical projects and support new product introductions within a GMP aseptic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and main customer contact for multiple drug product programs.
• Manage tech transfers , including facility fit, quotation support, and timeline coordination.
• Work cross‑functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, QC, QA, and Analytical teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory CMC documentation (IND/IMPD/MAA).
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Master’s/PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
