As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production teams responsible for assembling the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft.
This position requires flexibility and variety, as you may be placed on any F-35 Production Build team based on business needs. You must be willing to work any shift, including potential shift rotations, weekend schedules, and required overtime.
**What You Will Be Doing**
• Supervise and direct a team of production employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
• Drive build plans and implement changes to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
• Foster a culture of First Time Right (FTR) and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.
• Ensure that employees maintain required certifications for specialized tasks.
