Multi-Site Maintenance Manager- Permanent

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance department, including strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. This role focuses on long‑term planning, process improvement, and leadership to support organizational goals.

The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the General Manager.

What you will be doing as a Maintenance Manager:

• Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all production and facility equipment.
• Establish and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost control, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor equipment uptime, downtime, reliability data; develop action plans to improve asset performance and availability.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize production disruption.
